How many lumens (not how many colors)?

The LED is rated at 300 max lumens but in practice with the reflector this thing is probably more like 120 lumens OTF. Would depend on whether it is focused or set to flood

Would it be possible to switch out the current leds for leds in other nm specifications? does this have a high low setting?

Not able to switch to other nm specifications.It only has one mode setting.
