Is there a datasheet available for this potentiometer?

I don't know if there is a data sheet available. I used a multimeter to determine the pinout. If you measure the resistance between the pins you can find the 5V, GND and Signal pins. Between the 5V and GND you you will measure 10K ohms and moving the slider will not change anything. Between Signal and GND the resistance will change from 0 to 10K as you slide the pot. On the pots i received I found the following: pin 1 = 5V; pin 2 = Signal; pin 3 = GND

What is the total slide distance?

2.75" (69.85mm) maybe they are supposed to be 70mm but mind are already installed and that is the best measurement I could get.

What size screws fit the holes in these pots?

These are not screw mount [to the backside of a control panel]. They're PCB soldered; The front panel needs to be slotted in a manner that the adjustment stems line up / protrude through the slots with the panel cover is installed.
