Pricey, but worth it. Richly flavorful. I combine this with dried tart Montmerency cherries for a delicious, decadent mouthful of yum. My most recent order through Amazon has gone astray - second time of three orders. But, when you actually receive the goods, so yum.

I’ve tried five different brands. This is the best so far. Deep taste and creamy texture.

I purchased this item some time ago and it came "bloomed." I decided to refrigerate the 12 bars to keep it from further deterioration. I can purchase this item from the local grocery store for less. And much fresher. So if you want to be competitive, ship fresh products, and lower your prices. I do not recommend this seller or the poorly stored product.

Much to my surprise, this item is not returnable, even though I haven't even received it yet. And, it's no longer available. As to the chocolates themselves, they are 86% cacao, have very little sugar and no sodium. I enjoy them very much. Plus, according to Consumer Reports, this product is among the healthiest dark chocolates can buy. It combines high cacao content with very low lead and cadmium content, compared to other high cacao content dark chocolates. So get the Ghirardelli Intense Dark 86% cacao bars elsewhere. They are currently $3.50 a bar at our local Walgreens and have been for many months. I just paid $5 each for these. :-(

Arrived promptly, chocolate in great condition, will buy again!

Manages Fatigue

My first couple of purchases of this chocolate were exceptional and I enjoyed them very much. The color was dark and the flavor intense. This package was very light colored and almost flavorless. I'm using them up since I paid for them but I'm not enjoying them. I keep hoping that there were only a couple of bad packets but each one is the same.The Lot number is: G3764 and the SAP Batch Number is: 0000328995

I used to buy this chocolate in the store but my store seems to be not supplying it anymore so I just went onto Amazon and ordered. The chocolate comes fast and is not melted and is a great price.
