It is a good and sturdy product. It is easy to use and steam will come fast and it also has three units which is called for facial and nasal steaming which is very useful. Overall value for money

Poor service and product quality
The product started over heating and there was a burnt smell just after 2 weeks of use.After contacting support no service is given and the reply I got was they don't see a problem in the pics and video sent.

Important points to consider
The heating time for steam to form is pretty long. A child can get bored and restless waitng for inhalation after steam forms. There should be a greater current flowong for quick steam formation which we should be able control with a hand switch (can be provided) by switching off and switching on the current flow depending on steam formation. It would be a better design.
