So, it is basically a pair of knickers stretched across your face. Iâd return it if I wasnât so embarrassed to have fallen for the sales bumph. I wouldnât bother buying it, as I currently feel like a voyeur with this thing stretched across my head. đđŚšđźVery thin material, no instructions though it seems to make sense when you look at it. It also doesnât appear to give any support, not that I need much but itâs just there.

Not bad and fits well, can tighten or loosen whichever is your preference. Haven't seen a change yet but this is something that will need consistency to see any results.

I didnât see a lot of difference. I didnât use it a lot because it hurt behind the back of my ears a lot when I tried to wear it for even a little bit.
