Okay for switching around
It has roughly 60% oats. I would suggest adding half of a bag of 100% rolled oats to enhance health benefits. Quite bland in taste (which i like) with barely noticeable sweet dried fruit bits.

Bagrry's - Only indian brand muesli with all 100% natural additives
I liked the product because of the fact that it is without any "added sugar" and with all100% natural ingredients. It has no synthetic ingredients, preservatives. It is a healthy alternative for breakfast/ snacks cereal with Amul Skimmed Low fat milk for diabetes, heart patients. While I also used to buy Kellogs muesli earlier, until I discovered that Kellogg's is using an food additive/ Preservative INS 320 indiscriminately in all its Muesli, Cornflakes and Chocos which is the code name of a synthetic chemical called BHA (Butylated hydroxyanisole) which could be Carcinogenic. The state of California has already banned it.If you look at Bagrry's muesli or Corn flakes or multigrain flakes -they have INS 322 and INS 306 which are code names for Soy lecithins and vitamin E extracted from vegetable oils which means 100% natural additives.Anybody reading this review can confirm this from internet-thanks to the digital media.Rather I would prefer indian brand Bagrrys which has 100% natural additives- available in Amazon website. It is not a pride to say that India is diabetic capital of the world. Also India ranks top in the world for deaths due to Heart failure, hypertension, kidney failure.Request Bagrry's to continue its efforts for more such 100% natural products. I am also taking up with fssai against products which contain synthetic additives/ preservatives, where natural alternatives are available.Request Amazon not to promote any product with synthetic additives/ preservatives such as INS 320.

Crunchy & Tasteful. But Sugar???
The 1 kg pack is definitely value for money. The Jar is good for daily dispensing (from convenience perspective) and no headache compared to foil and carton packing.Sugar - While my interest to purchase was "No Sugar Added", this product tastes bit sugary. I have my doubts if the natural ingredients tastes sugary (natural ingredients are not this sugary for sure). Bit skeptic to consume on a regular basis.Overall taste is excellent and love it. Crunchy when served with cold milk or at room temperature.
