Installed these during a repower of our pontoon - worked like a charm! Very simple to install inline and has no fuses to blow. To reset, it’s just a simple flip of the switch.No build quality issues like some reviewers have stated - might have gotten a revised product design or something. Easy to mount as well!Strongly recommend these for any marine inline electrical work!

Haven't had any issues with this installed under the hood in my truck for my DC to DC charger

I experienced an unexpected failure mode, something to be aware of when assembling or troubleshooting your system: My solar charge controller recorded intermittent, unreasonably low 9V and high 36V battery voltages, that interrupted charging. This problem was resolved by removing the breaker. A similar circuit with an identical breaker does not have this problem.Return/replace process has been smooth so far! I'm using several of these (various amperages) throughout my 12V and 24V systems & am otherwise pleased.

Installed underhood in an automotive application. The circuit pulled a peak of 20 amps, 10-15 sustained. Used it one time and the breaker tripped in maybe 5min of use and unable to reset. JUNK - JUNK

Garbage. I have two of these cheap fuses. One for my solar and one on my diesel heater in my camper. Both are touchy. I occasionally have to push the red button and manually trip them to get them to work again. The vibration is likely the culprit. On my last trip, the diesel heater kept loosing power when I turned it on. The fuse made a clicking noise when this happened but didn’t trip. I had to manually trip it several times before it worked and the heater could turn on. I bought this brand as a replacement and right out of the box it didn’t work. Just the slightest touch of the red button and it would loose connectivity across the breaker and this was with no load just using a multimeter to test it. I contacted Amazon and they returned my money. Don’t trust your expensive vehicle, solar component, batteries etc to this garbage.

I needed this circuit breaker to connect the air compressor for my air horns on my Ford Ranger, probably should have gotten a bigger amp because it does pop if the compressor has to run for a long time which isn’t a problem because it has a switch on it to reset if I need to, It is the best alternative for the bus fuses for a Battery positive cable! It was very easy to install especially with the heavy gauge wire

Haven’t had one problem so far it hasn’t kicked out yet works perfectly so far and I have it on my bike hooked to a 1000 watt amp love it
