I didn't don't use it for it's intended purpose, I used it to stain my nails.
Information I found online suggested mixing it with water to stain nails but I used my favorite nail hardening lotion instead (hard as hoof by onyx) to make a paste. I found the paste easy to spread with a brush or my fingers when I mixed the henna/lotion using 1:3 ratio. I made a little bit of a mess on my first try but did better on my second hand. Will definitely use this again and get better at not dyeing my skin.

Seller is selling old expired product
Black Rose is a great product but just like with everything, product (henna) gets old and is not deep black in color. Black rose switched to new packaging product that's yellow box. I ordered this thinking it was fine but the product had changed color to powder beige. I do not recommend this seller.
