Supposed to arrive on Thursday but it came on Tuesday! One box came with yodel and the other box came with parcel force, didn't get any updates about the delivery but I was in anyway, put up on my own, took me around 50 minutes. Instructions very easy. So far a sturdy bed! Not squeaky either. For the price it's extremely good I would definitely recommend it to anyone. I'm a chunky girl so when I say it's stable and secure I mean it. All in all very happy with it!

Great sturdy bed. Simple to put together, was more time consuming due to only 1 Allen key. The legs were the hardest part as they screwed into the corners, but no major issue. Good sturdy frame, doesn't creak or move. So much more comfortable than a divan. Velvet is good quality and looks stunning.It arrived one day earlier than expected, which is great but there was no communication it was coming early, just one text from the courier (luckily!), so had to rush home from work to accept delivery.

absolutely stunning bed was delivered today and put up today so so comfy looks so lush in my room no squeaking or noise, price is so good so cheap for such a perfect bed!!

Unfortunately, I have to leave a very low review for this item.I ordered this bed about a year ago. Three weeks after the purchase, I noticed that two slats were broken. I contacted customer care to ask for assistance and they were initially very kind. They replied saying they would send the replacement slats at their expense. They asked me to indicate which parts needed to be replaced via a PDF document, which I found quite professional.I replied once, twice, even three times… but they never kept their word.Now, if you buy an item, shouldn’t there be at least a one-year warranty?I kept the bed as it was, but after a year the situation became catastrophic. The bed frame itself is sturdy, but the slats break far too easily — even if you weigh 2kg. I'm annoyed that now I would have to buy a whole new bed just to replace five wooden pieces.Customer care never answered my follow-up messages again, and for this reason, I’m leaving a terrible review for this purchase. The bed looks nice and is not expensive, but the wooden slats are extremely fragile, and the customer service is nonexistent — a complete joke.That's why I’m giving this purchase a very poor rating. I’m totally dissatisfied.
