Personally I find that these taste and look exactly like what you find ready made in shops and cafés, so I don't agree with the other review here.I haven't struggled to tear the packet, but if you do struggle you always have the option of using scissors.It comes bathed in liquid so you'll need to empty that out when you open the packet, so be aware of that.These are a better option to make at home as 1 it's fresher and 2 it's cheaper!

A bit difficult to open the pouches and tear easily.
The pouches were a bit difficult to open and a bit too sweet but convenient and easy enough to use. It's not as authentic as the ones in restaurants but good enough for home use as it's a hassle to buy fried tofu or even make the fried tofu in the first place.
