Starting my third bottle tomorrow. I take two before bed. My skin and hair, noticeably better. It hasn’t done anything for my nails- I which I knew what I was lacking to get strong hard nails that actually grow. But I highly recommend for skin and hair

I had lost quite a bit of hair thickness during perimenopause and my nails were ridged and peeling. I was happily surprised to notice quite a bit of new hair growth in just a few months and it's continued to thicken. I've just gotten a haircut to go with the length of all the new 4" long hair at the nape of my neck sl and my hair feels much more back to normal. When I asked both my dermatologist and my hairdresser if I should try Nutrafol, they both said such with this because it's worked so well.My nails are another story. Though there's biotin, collagen, and zinc in the product, it's doing nothing to improve my nails. I'm also using topical nail treatments, but I know nail health primarily comes from with the body. I eat clean, plenty of protein/veggies. No sugar. I workout. No thyroid issues. Nails are still ridged and peeling. 😕

I started taking these and after 3 weeks I swear my nails were a bit longer. The nails are not harder/stronger, but that could come with time. My hair seems to have grown a bit faster as well. I don’t notice that my hair is stronger or silkier, but it grows so slow and I wanted to see growth so yay. Nothing noticeable about my skin, but I have had a consistent skin care regimen for nearly 30 years so my skin is already in pretty great shape. Give it a go!

I’ve tried other hair/ skin / nail vitamins and this has been the only one that has actually helped to strengthen my nails. It’s a bit pricey but worth it if your nails , skin or hair need more support

When I was recommended this product by a friend, I had absolutely no faith in it. I have used other biotin products and none of them worked for my paper thin nails that constantly peeled. She said give it 3 months and you will see the difference, I promise. She was right! Even going to the salon to get my nails done, they would only look nice for short while because the nail underneath the process was in poor condition. It was a waste of money unless I was going to an event a day or two after my nails were done. Now, this product has even saved me money because my nails look so beautiful in between salon visits, I don't have to go as often! My nails underneath the process are hard and they no longer peel. Very very pleased with this product.

My husband wanted to try this but he says he can't tell any difference taking vs not taking. Might work for some people just not for him. Great company though, we buy several of their other products that now can't live without.
