Whirlpool 431 L 2 Star IntelliFresh Convertible Inverter Frost Free Double Door Refrigerator (IF INV CNV 480 ALPHA STEEL-Z, 2S)

Bought this refrigerator after a lot of research. It is perfect. It looks great. The grey shade is stylish. Plenty of storage space - 6 shelves in the main fridge, 4 on the side (2 for bottles), 2 each on main freezer and its door. Energy efficiency seems to be effective. My old fridge used to be running all the time. This one runs only some times thanks to its sensor technology. Overall, I calculated that I would save over 80% on energy cost compared to my previous 19 year old fridge. Old ones can consume over 1000 units a year versus 200 for this one. Lastly, it makes minimal sound while running. I am super happy with this purchase.

The fridge is very wide n spacious...all over its good but the delivery partner denied to get the product to 1 st floor ....he refused untill we said we will give money....the delivery partner demanded 2000 rs to get it...so I called my neighbours to help...the delivery partner didnt accepted the amount of 300 rs later he raised the tone n keep on saying look at our effort and took total 700 rs to get the fridge to 1 st floor with the help of our neighbours...this is what we don't expect at times.....there are many good service partners available but this person is not to the level of humanity grounds.

I purchased this refrigerator in March 2020. The cooling stopped from 4th June 2020. This refrigerator didn't even work for full 3 months and got defective. i registered the complaint, service engineer visited twice and told that there is internal leakage and cannot be rectified. He will pass the complaint to further higher level. Even in 12 days, i am not even able to get the status of my complaint. There is no proper response from the whirlpool India.I am regretting of my decision of purchasing this whirlpool refrigerator. The post- purchase service is terrible, no proper response. In my opinion, purchasing any Whirlpool product will make you highly disappointed and annoyed if there comes any problem in the appliance.

There is no lock in both the doors. While shutting the freezer door , bonding is not that strong.Rest are fine.

Good experience with seller and also delivery executive helped us alot.Overall product is good. Little improvement required in inside light of fridge.

Hi, I bought this refrigerator thru Amazon and now using the product. Product was very nice and easy to use as well as easy to operate.Delivered the product safely.Storage capacity of this product good enough. If we want more storage we can convert deep freeze cabin to normal fridge. Everything ok now. Energy efficiency is not calculated so this not sure to say about of this. Worth for money.
