I had high hopes for this pool skimmer, but it turned out to be a total letdown. The pole feels cheap and wobbly, especially when fully extended. It bends alarmingly when trying to scoop up even a small amount of leaves. I honestly thought it was going to snap the first week I used it.The “ultra fine mesh” is a joke — it started tearing after just a few uses, and it struggles to catch anything smaller than a leaf. Bugs? Forget it. It pushes them around more than it picks them up.Also, the sections of the telescopic pole don’t lock in well, so it randomly collapses mid-use, which is both annoying and a little dangerous.Spend a little more and get something sturdier. This one is going straight to the trash.

The pool skimmer I received is not what I expected. It’s very flimsy and the pole is short, not long enough compared to the one I’ve purchased years ago.
