Does this come with a power cord/adapter?

Mine came with power cord only, but any refurbished unit could be different. Do business with Remix LLC at your own risk. I had an extremely negative review of the seller which I have yet to see posted.

Does this have auto return?

No. The turntable comes to a complete stop at the end of the record. You have to physically return the arm to its rest.
