This product was recommended by a friend who really raved about the results she had gotten. That she had taken them for only a little over a month I was a bit doubtful that a product could actually work that fast, but decided to give them a try. I was amazed!There was NO taste at all. I'm 64 and have waist length hair. It was starting to thin and I was seeing way too much hair falling all over the house and in my brush morning and night. I read about all the big name hair vitamins and chose this based on cost and reviews. The only real "downside" I read was it takes 3 months to notice a difference. I'd say it takes 2 months to notice not as much hair loss. At 3 months this week I am very happy to notice my ponytail is thicker at the base so quite a bit of hair has started growing back in. I have tons of 1" whispies along my hair line. I am very pleased with this product and will continue to use it.

It seems to be working after 2 weeks. My hair looks and feels fuller and seems to have more life. I can’t yet say I’ve new growth in my receding hairline but something seems different since taking the daily dosage.

I 100% recommend this supplement. I buzzed my hair off at the beginning of this month because my hair was dead from all the dye and bleach I've used in it, and needed it to grow back healthy again. So far, I've been taking these every morning for less than a month. My hair feels great, it feels thick, and it's growing faster than I've ever seen it grow before. They definitely work like you want them to.

Haven't noticed any improvement in the thickness of my hair, but my nails have never been so strong. Nice to have nails that don't bend and split.
