Absolutely love it. Have no idea on why amazon stated frequently returned? Flames are realistic, heat is great, very happy with purchase. Hope it lasts a long time. Definitely a project to put into exterior wall with building a support and box for the one stud I had to cut out. Running electrical is not easy too, but fortunately had a close outlet to tap into. I have a mantel to attach too but it's busy being varnished. Wish it had crackling noise too. That would be great!. Enjoy and hope the company appreciates my review.

The media could not be loaded. It was, after I found a couple parts that fell out and hid from me, very nice effects and heated up 350sq ft area fairly well AFTER I bumped it up to 99.

Very pleased with this product so far. I purchased it as a replacement for my fire place insert that stopped working it fit very well. It is very quiet and heats the bedroom I have it in Would recommend to others. It also arrived promptly and was packaged extremely well.

Where I live its costly to have a fireplace in a rental (liability insurance). So instead of closing them off I have been putting these in! Hard to find an exact fut but a little trimming, and good to go! The tenants like them so I am happy when they are happy! Hope this helps! Good heat, decent flames and dimming.

I had this installed in my 10x40 pottery studio. The unit does an outstanding job of heating the space. I needed this size, and chose this particular unit because it checked all the boxes for me.The flame isn't realistic, but that wasn't a concern for me. Many of the "realistic flame" units in this size are much more expensive and the flames are pink, blue, purple, or even green, and I wasn't looking for that. The heat output warms my 400 sq ft, well-insulated metal shop building studio from 40°F to about 68°F in about 40 minutes, making it comfortable enough to work without needing a jacket. Even the installer was very pleasantly surprised at the unit's ability to heat such a large space.

I was trying to find an LED insert for my fireplace. This unit not only fit perfectly, but also had a nice wide, trim flange fit perfect with my opening. This unit was completely plug and play after assembling the trim flange, and it was very easy to do. I think it took me all of 15 minutes. The fire is realistic enough and the crackling sound has five levels just like the brightness. As far as LED fireplaces go, this one is pretty cool, and again, my biggest thrill with it is the fact that it fit my old fireplace opening
