Great value and comfort
Bought these before a trip to Italy. We did many miles of walking each day on cobblestone, dirt, rocky terrain, and my feet felt great. Very good value. I'll probably buy more for multiple shoes.

OK Product
At first when I tried it on, it feels great. But when I walk a lot more, it getting too tight and hurt my toes. I guess this product is good for short distance walking

Just enough!
Insoles provide just enough cushion & still fit my shoes.

The best!
Makes my shoes so much more comfortable! Love them! Been training for a 110k walk and i definitely feel the difference while walking. I even feel that it’s lighter on my knees.

Not going to make long walks better
I absolutely hate these. I got blisters on both feet my last walk and it feels like I am walking on rocks or gravel by the end of a regular day. It does not make long distance walks easier. It also does not help with foot pain, if anything my feet hurt worse.

Dr school shoe inserts
Great purchase for the price had a pair of workout shoes that were a little too big. I also had points to use so ended up getting this for three dollars and some odd cents. I ended up only needing it for one shoe and had to take the other one out, but it works great for the one shoe it made the other shoe too small

If you have sensory issues you may not like these
The media could not be loaded. I cannot wear them because the bumps on the pad are really irritating to me. Also I think that they should do something about it being slippery. If it didn't have these irritating bumps and no grip I would definitely wear them because they're very soft and Squishy. I've used many arch supports in the past, and as far as the squishiness goes these are by far the best for pain. Arch supports pretty low on these but most people probably would prefer this rather than a hard one because those are painful. I'm used hard ones before and they actually will help with neck and back pain but not foot pain.
