I am not dissatisfied with the phone for its price, I would be curious to actually try out some other Umidigi phones after using this one.

I received the phone and was very satisfied with its features. Connecting to wifi was easy. I transferred everything from my existing phone easily and quickly. I paired it with my hearing aids, also easy.Then I made a telephone call and the voices were terribly garbled and unintelligible. I received calls with the same result.I contacted Amazon and replaced it with an exact replacement thinking the particular one I received was defective. The replacement was identical and had the same problem. I returned the second one too, for a full refund.Too bad. It is a really nice phone at a great price, but it is useless to me if it doesn't work properly blue-toothed since I cannot hear it otherwise.

This phone did not work from the moment it exited the box. Keeps recycling to the logo and never sets up properly. Others have complained about the same issue. Company was emailed, phoned, whatsapped, and absolutely no reply. Even their submission form on their website and their links did not work properly. Company is in china. If you are a glutton for punishment, or want a paper weight for your desk, buy this phone. Otherwise, dont waste your money. Terrible terrible, just terrible. Why this phone is on Amazon is beyond me.

It would charge very fast at all n froze n it would sound horrible while facetiming. I sent it back

It has alot of space and it isn't laggy at all.but it has compatibility issues with some sim cards and I'm having a little bit of signal problems.

I like this cell phone. But the main purpose for buying it is to talk on. I cannot use because everyone sounds like they are under water or you can only here half of what they are saying. And then they continue to say "What" "What" "I can't here you 🙄
