Works great with LED bulbs
Excellent dimmer switch. I changed out some old halogen R7s bulbs from a couple of uplighters... the original dimmer switches would not turn the LED bulbs off completely (very dull glow at off position) and flickered at full brightness. This dimmer switch does exactly what it promises - smooth operation, no buzzing and no flicker. As others have said, the switch does need a deeper than usual back box. I changed mine for a 47mm depth box and there was plenty of room to accommodate the bulk of the switch and all wiring etc., no bother at all.

Good value
Was easy to install and works as expected, no issues at all!

Great but not tightly assembled
One star off because the switch mechanisms were not tight in the fascia plate; they rotated when the dimmer was being installed. Found the retaining nuts not tight. Tried tightening. That worked for one but the thread slipped on the second one before it was tight enough to prevent rotation. Fixed (ha!) with Evo Stick contact adhesive. When used with TEKLED® A60 DIMMABLE B22 12W 2700K 2-Pack Warm White, ASIN B08SZB1LXQ, there was no noise from the dimmer switch, no flicker from the bulbs and almost the entire rotational range of the dimmer knobs changed brightness (as opposed to rotation through top and bottom of the range not changing brightness)

Best LED dimmer I've bought yet
I've been using LAP dimmers in my house for years and they've always made the lights flash. I assumed they mustn't be for LED bulbs but in changing them and looking closer they claimed to be just that. So it just shows flashing issues can be down to various factors including the dimmer. This one works flawlessly with a smooth dim and no hum or flashing like the LAP ones. Came missing the grub screws on the earth terminal, contacted the company who replied promply and instead of just sending the screws they sent a whole new dimmer switch. Impressed that they'd even put a card in the box with their contact details, you don't see that often, hence highly pleased all round. Both units I received the nut behind the button needed tightening, the button however pulls off so you can get a spanner in easily, you could probably even tighten it by hand tbh.

Very poor quality faceplate
The switch/dimmer itself works fine, no complaints there. The face plate however is of very poor quality. It has 2 earthing connectors attached to the back, poorly soldered right next to where the fixing screws go. Since the whole face plate is metal, it doesn't matter which of the two you use. As I was screwing in the earthing wire to one of them, the solder broke off and it just came off the faceplate with barely any force applied. I thought that maybe it was just a one-off defect, so I tried the other one. Yet, the same thing happened again with the other one. In the end I had to solder one of them back to the faceplate myself and this time it didn't come off. Eventually, I had it all installed but then I realised that the faceplate got some very fine scratches just by handing and installing it, even though I had been extra careful not to scratch it. Very poor quality indeed.

Much deeper than the one I am replacing
Looks ok but the switch was loose and needed tightening up before I could fit it.Replacing a dimmer switch that had gone faulty but this switch is much deeper than the one I took off so I've had to order a spacer plate to fill the gap.Check before buying.

Great value for money.
At 1/3rd the price of similar item from most DIY stores, this is fantastic value for money. easily fits to a standard switch back box. easy to wire in. No issues with this items manufacture or delivery, definitely recommendedone note of caution, note on paper the cables positioning in your old switch before undoing them, I didn't and got interrupted after taking off the old switch and connected to the new one in wrong order, took another 2 attempts to get the correct sequence. if its a single light switch for one light, that might not matter, but where you have 2 different switches, you really need them wired the correct way round.
