Kraft A1 Original Steak Sauce 283g

Loved A1 sauce when we visited US....has been hard to find it in UK...when found it was very expensive to buy. This offer was a bargain (yes it is more expensive than the normal famous UK Sauce) but this was an affordable price albeit buying it in a pack of 6...but it keeps. It is also terrific to add to casseroles or fried rice dishes or curry dishes that require that subtle "kick" of flavour. Also is a great dip for party foods/crisps rather than the usual dips you get at supermarket.Highly recommend ordering this from Amazon. You wont find it cheaper....you can get it on e-bay from US but pay a fortune for postage.. also Uk ebay sellers still charge much more per bottle (understandably if having to buy it from US).....not worth it. Be aware on ebay and other sites.....some sellers offer smaller bottles for sale at a similar price - not ebay or other site's fault, it is just a note to be cautious when buying - to get best value for money.

A1 is a love or hate thing I got hooked on A1 when I visited the USA. Since then I have always brought some back with me from every trip. Last time I came through PHX airport US Customs gave me a bit of a hard time wanting to know why I had 8 bottles of sauce???????. I was expecting the rubber gloves and a side room trip. Also this helped me to be 12KG over weight. Now I find I can get it from Amazon with no fear of a probing from the comfort of home. Very good price without the hassel of a 9 hour flight. This is no way anything like normal Brown sauce. it has its own unique taste.I love it.

I thought I had ordered at least 3 for this price !Very over priced won't be ordering from this company again .

I've always loved A1 sauce with steak, but since I became a vegan four years ago, I've discovered that A1 is just as good with portobello mushrooms.

Love this sauce so much - cannot buy in supermarkets so I tried Amazon. Will be on a permanent re-order.

If you buy this expecting it to be the same as the truly delicious 'A1' sauce sold in the UK latterly the under the 'Brand's' label (now owned by Sharwood's), you'll be very disappointed. This version ('A.1' with a full stop between the 'A' and the '1') is not even close and is frankly disgusting. If I could give it a zero or minus star rating, I would. You can get the original Brand's/Sharwood's 'A1' version (i.e. without the full stop) in Canada, from whence my family import it at considerable expense, but it's worth it.
