Excellent product, taste delicious, only 10 minutes under grill ,very good quality

I bought this as a birthday present for my 31 year old son. A full kilo seemed rather too much but he said that it was so delicious that he nearly finished it in one sitting. That's a thumbs up indeed!

I ordered this maybe I shouldn’t have, my husband is a fish merchand, and I own a fresh fish shop, going by the reviews, I though I was getting a good product, I ordered because we were on holiday, Cnut it got delivered and was soggy, normally flakes into perfect flakes, but this one you couldn’t do that, unfortunately it dissolved in to one big mush. It’s sad, I’d heard so many good reviews but it was just a mess. I didn’t eat any, and the whole side went in the bin. I don’t know if it was maybe a delivery issue, sometimes it’s out the hands of the supplier.if I get any information or a reason from the supplier I will be sure to update this review.I’m really sad about this being so bad, I wanted it to be amazing-I had so many Christmas presents planned if it had been good. I hope this is a one off and something went wrong. I’ll keep you posted if I hear anything from the supplier I’ve contacted.

Arrived promptly with a long best before date - really tasty fish much appreciated by a discerning party of 50! Excellent value for money.

Looks lovely but product is overly salty.Very dry which means you can't slice the salmon - it just crumbles.
