OneTigris Bulwark Camping Tarp, 100% Waterproof Bushcraft Shelter, Lightweight Hammock Rain Fly Portable Anti UV Large 12.8ft x 9.5ft

I bought this tarp for poor weather while hammock camping. I took it out last weekend and it performed great. Gave me plenty of room for my hammock, a small side table and a folding chair (see pic). I had plenty of space to move around and didn’t feel completely confined to my hammock.As the rain poured down, I noticed at the far end of the tarp some dripping. I wasn’t sure if it was due to rain running down my suspension or ridgeline, but it was not dripping onto me or my gear, so I let it be until I could examine it under better conditions. The next morning, upon further inspection, I noticed a manufacturing defect with the seam tape (see photos). It wasn’t a trip ruining situation, but if that defect was in the middle of the tarp, I would’ve been in some trouble. I’m going to contact the seller to see what my options are as I’d like to either have the tarp replaced or fixed. This is the ONLY reason this tarp wasn’t rated 5 stars. I love it. It’s a beast. It will definitely keep me and my gear completely dry no matter what is happening. There’s a lot of tie out points to allow several different configurations to adjust to any situation you run into. Plenty of guy lines provided, and the ground stakes never moved despite the rainy and muddy conditions. It is on the heavy side, but the extra weight is worth knowing that I’ll be completely dry and have ample space to still enjoy my trip during poor weather. If the seller works out the defect, I’m coming back and changing this review to 5 Stars.Update: Phenomenal customer service!! I contacted Onetigris regarding the defects and received a response within 2 business days. I was referred to their Amazon Team and I was bit worried because I was outside the Amazon return window, but that was not the case. After a quick email confirming my address, I was told I would receive a new tarp in the mail, and they gave me instruction to repair my original tarp. 3 days later my package arrived. I now have two high quality tarps at my disposal. Thank you so much Onetigris! You have a loyal customer now! And as promised, my review has changed to 5 stars.

This tarp is perfect for my camping needs. It’s small compression size and weight fits perfectly in my pack. Took it along on a three day backpacking adventure and it was perfect. Huge in size, with lots of tie-out points. Had one day of steady rain and it performed perfectly, keeping everything dry. Like the OneTigris slogan says, start with good gear. This is a must have for your pack. Very well satisfied on the quality and construction of this tarp, and the price…

I bought this to setup as a canopy while camping and it has worked well so far. The quality is great for the price but only time will tell how durable it really is but so far I like it and it sets up quick with a couple of poles.

The media could not be loaded. Have not used this in the field as yet, just opened, inspected and repacked. I purchased the 10'x13' primarily for boat camping on the British Columbia coast to replace blue tarps, but it's light and compact enough for group backpacking trips. Looks to be very well designed and crafted. Very nice reinforcing, anodized aluminum rings at 8 primary tie points, edge reinforcement trimming, flawless stitching. The online pic of it laying flat is unflattering, doesn't look like it would pull taught, but what I received is not like that. It's truly a superior product. Included guy-line cord is excellent but you'll probably need more and maybe something a little lighter for backpacking, stakes are just adequate. I knock off one star only because, although the stuff sack is very nice, it's a little small for the size of tarp. With 2 people folding it dry, indoors, it was a struggle to get it rolled up and in the stuff sack with the stakes and cord. Big enough without the stakes and cord, but we normally leave the cords attached to the tarp. The tarp itself is five star+.Update 1/23: Have used it in rain and wind, has met all my expectations.

Well constructed tarp with multiple tie out points for a variety of setups, to suit the weather and wind direction. I use it with a snugpak tent to keep heavy weather off the door to the vestibule, gives me a great place to sit when its raining where I can enjoy the rain and not get drowned. It allowsme enjoy my coffee, get some fresh air and remain dry at the same time. The tie out points allow for easy and quick modifications when the wind changes direction. A great, functional tarp that is stromg without weighing a ton.
