Effective, and long lasting heated insoles. Got me through gardening in the Winter, preventing chilblains. Wellies can be very cold- I wear hiking socks and line the wellies with these. That is not to say your feet won't get cold at all on very cold days if you are outdoors for a few hours but they prevented any problems with my feet. For normal use I.e. Not 3 hours gardening they will mean your feet don't feel cold at all for around 4 hours.

Brilliant....may look small but they seem to expand in the shoe.I suffer from really cold feet whilst cycling and these kept my feet warm for the five hour cycle and were still warm on my return.If anything they were a bit too warm during the first hour but thats so much better than jaw aching numbness...

These are fantastic. My young lad is wheelchair dependent so can feel cold even on a warm day. So glad I came across these as they keep him nice and comfortable. They Don't get too hot and work instantly. They are on my regular to buy list.

Work well in walking boots. Don’t work in ski boots (though that is not a recommended use so no fault there). Only lose one star as should be longer. I have only size 4 feet and are short even for me :)

used these for the first time yesterday.I work outside and suffer from chilblains on my toes. My feet get cold and are very painful they take hours to warm up.I put these insoles in my leather horse riding boots I rode for an hour and a half then took the insoles out and put them in my work boots.THEY ARE BRILLIANT . Anyone who horse rides should have these as standard winter kit hacked out in them today,didn't have that awful oh god ive got to get off and land on blocks of ice feeling when I got back.brilliant product and I have ordered another box thankyou Steph

Really kick out heat and best I have found for keeping my feet warm at outdoor competitions. Worth the money. Last at least 6 hours.

Fitted easily in to my size 4 boots and stayed in place and hot for more than 5 hrs but were easy to remove and place in another pair when required. Will revolutionise walks with toddler who stops often to investigate piles of snow, muddy puddles etc
