Hole size is .6 cm or .236” (just under 1/4”). There are 6.5 holes in 10cm. A little math will get you close

Can it be stained or painted?

It likely won’t absorb any stain. Look it up online. If anything you could try spray paint: use a heavy primer then color.

Is this product actually 24” width as advertised? Or 18” per reviews? I need 24” x 24”

any knows what glue is needed to stick the sheet on a wooden bord?

I used this on the front of our bar and ended up using contact cement on both surfaces...worked out fine...
