Razor sharp edges!
They seem good for the price. As others have mentioned, the edges definitely need the attention of a sanding sponge as the stamped metal is razor sharp.

Missing the 1 inch and 2 inch knives
Received this set on time but upon opening the bag I noticed the 1 inch and 2 inch knives were missing. Looking further I discovered a 2 inch slit in the plastic bag where the knives may have been removed.? The set was inexpensive but the 2 missing items were the ones I needed. Hence the 3 star rating. On the plus side the handles feel very comfortable and the blade flexibility seems adequate. I will contact customer service to seek a remedy. = (Update: Amazon replaced the pack of 5 knives today. So back to 5 stars. Thank you Amazon
