Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max, 1TB, Alpine Green - Unlocked (Renewed)

Like a lot of people, I was a little nervous about buying such an expensive product from Amazon. But honestly, the experience turned out way better than I expected. The phone arrived a day early and came with the charging cable. I ordered it in "excellent" condition, and it seriously looked brand new. The battery health was at 86%, which was pretty solid. I used it almost non-stop the first day just to see how the battery held up, and it easily lasted all day with some charge left (though of course, battery life depends on how you use it).The camera is awesome. Photos come out super clear. Even after using it for hours, the phone barely got warm. Transferring all my contacts, photos, apps, and everything else from my old iPhone X was super fast and easy.Honestly, the whole experience was so good that I’m pretty sure I'll keep buying iPhones from Amazon whenever I upgrade.

i’m writing this review from my 13 pro max😂, first i was pretty skeptical bc of some peoples bad experience with refurbished devices, but i’ve been silenced!!! This phone came brand spanking new!! no glitches or anything it’s been functioning really well!! no delays in the touch, not a single scratch and i did accidentally drop it twice and nothing happened either time so i would say pretty durable! i bought it in excellent condition, battery was at 86% but it charges pretty fast and dies slowly so that didn’t bother me much! overall happy i took the risk!! if i ever need to again i will purchase again! (it did take a while to get to me but i think tht was bc of the holiday season)

Ordered this phone not really knowing what to expect. I have never ordered off Amazon for this but wanted to save some money. Ordered the "excellent" refurbished phone as an upgrade from my very old iphone 8. I was pleasantly surprised. The phone was in great condition no scratches, Camera works great and the it holds a good charge. The charger that they sent with it was old, generic and virtually useless, used the one I had to charge it up, and there was no SIM remover included. Data transfer was very easy. Overall, good purchase.

I never write recommendations however I am so so so impressed with everything I don’t even know where to start. I ordered this phone with so much doubt and fear because my previous experience of buying a used phone was so disappointing. I let the seller know my concerns and they responded and told me not to worry. The phone arrived on time with no dent or scratches and a battery life of 91%. The camera was in amazing condition and the phone is literally comparable to a new phone! I cannot tell any differences. The screen had no cracks or damage. And the phone arrived very well packaged! I highly highly recommend!!!!

Received in a nice replacement box, 75% charged. This one included a clear case and a glass screen protector. As well as a new charging cord, plug, and sim key. The blue color is great, and I appreciate the larger size of the screen. I love the styling, the more squared and beveled perimeter design reminds me of my iPhone 5, just bigger.Out of the box, plugged it in, and after simple and intuitive iCloud transfer my new phone was off and running.And when I say new, I acknowledge this is refurbished, but if it wasn’t new I wouldn’t know it. Not a scratch, scuff or blemish. Even the battery capacity was at 100%, which is how much I’m satisfied.

Would purchase from this seller again!Just be sure when ordering that you check the condition of the phone you want - if you want one in excellent condition, pay the extra cost. Don’t order one in ‘good’ or ‘acceptable’ condition and complain of little scratches.

The media could not be loaded. This is my honest review, I was extremely nervous purchasing a refurbished phone from Amazon especially with some of these reviews I saw. I purchased the one labeled as refurbished excellent. The phone came with absolutely no scratch or dent at all and I deeply examined it. Transferring data from my iPhone 11 to this 13 pro max was very smooth ! The phone indeed came unlocked as I wanted . The camera quality is amazing and it even came with a piece of plastic on the screen. So far mostly everything met my expectations except the battery health , it came as 82% and I was honestly expecting 90% or higher. I must say tho that I fully charged the phone and it last almost the whole day. I am truly in love with my phone and when I’m upgrading I’ll consider this vender again .Oh I must say they used fedex and dem sick stomakkkkkkkkkk bawd !
