Heavy duty faucet but no overflow cover...
Just got it installed, so far its a good faucet...I will update my review after 6 months of usage.Beware that the description of the faucet is a bit misleading. It does not come with a overflow cover. I had to buy it separately, costing about $10 extra...Installation process was not that complicated. The faucet it very heavy duty but it does leave water marks. So I have to clean it almost every single day (I have a 6 yrs old son).Customer service is really good. I just wish they had plainly mentioned it on the description that it does not come with a overflow cover. I had to waste entire day trying to figure it out, that it does not come with one.

Purchased several of these faucets for numerous bathroom remodels. One of the faucets began to leak. Contacted the company for servicing. After a short deliberation, they sent me a new faucet. The new faucet has been installed and is working great.They were extremely courteous, communicating in a professional manner. They were also surprisingly efficient, resolving the matter in less than a week! I love the product, but I am most impressed with their service. I will use this company for my one remaining bathroom project - great experience!

Great Customer Service
I purchased this faucet for an empty room, I turned into a Master Bathroom. I ordered it last July, but just got to the point of installing the vanity and the Faucet for it. The faucet was leaking and I couldn't get it to stop, so the Product Support team figured out the solution and within a day had my aerator and gaskets, with the tool to fix it and it's up and running.
