Preservative free is good. Harder to dispense than other bottles
My eyes are are the drier side. This brand was recommended by my optometrist (years ago). I like that they are preservative free. A good way to start the morning. What I don't like is that these bottles in particular have a differetn top and way of dispensing the drops. The top is flat with a blue center. I find it harder to get a drop out than the "normal" type of bottles. I have to squeeze it harder than other bottles and frequently miss. :(

Hard to use the applicator (weird design)
I have no complaint at all about the quality of the eye drops, they do what they are designed to do. However, I don't like the design of the bottle. I am used to a bottle that tapers at the tip, which allows precise "aim" when applying the drops. This bottle has an almost flat (slightly rounded) tip, and I struggled with actually getting the drops into my eyes. I ended up applying all around my eye, I will order a different type of applicator bottle in the future.
