I love this product! Great for fraying and any type of cooking! Doesn't leave a taste on the food at all! The value for the money is great! The heat level is pretty incredible you can fray multiple times with the same oil! Seal all meats good! And the smell it's very neutral!

I use a lot of avocado oil, especially for making mayonnaise. With the small bottles I was getting tired of running out all the time, so I finally opted for this giant bottle.It seems like good quality, with a very neutral odor/flavor. I've gotten other brands that seem to smell more like canola oil and made me suspect they weren't 100% pure, but this seems to be the real deal.

They also contain valuable bio-active substances that are not present in refined oils.I compared the prices of refined, heat processed oils to this one and this gallon size is even cheaper!I chose avocado oil as it has no aftertaste and I can put it on anything, sandwiches, pasta, soup, my coffee, chili and even ice cream! Avocado oil has many benefits, similarly to olive oil, in that it lubricates arteries and can delay/help prevent artery disease, but it is important for me to take it regularly to get these benefits and this miracle oil (with no aftertaste) allows me to do that. Excellent Oil

Good oil for stir fry or saute. There is a significant reduction in smoke production as compared to olive oil. Very light taste. I've also used it as nonstick mist on the grill with good results. Healthy cooking approved. (Didn't give 5 stars because this is the 1st avocado oil product I've tried and I have nothing to compare it to)
