When they said mild, they meant it. Some other hot sauces I've tried before would say mild and feel more like medium heat. It's a hot sauce for those who want good taste paired with a little heat. For the price and prime shipping, I will definitely be stocking up on more. Sauce is on the thick consistency side but still drips out like most thinner buffalo sauces.Also, FYI it's in a glass bottle but comes shipped in a good layer of bubble wrapping.I ordered mine on 2/24/24 and the expiration date says 1/14/25 so I'll assume they're not putting out old but fresh stock on Amazon.

Great on chicken tenders a wings

If you love wings, but your kid needs a softer "hot" for their "hot wings"..... look no further.This absolutely filled the flavor niche for me, while at a reduced heat for my then 8 year old. Really good flavor for a packaged food, really good. The local store I bought it from IMMEDIATELY (as they astonishingly consistent in so VERY often doing) discontinued the product I liked.Tried many other competitors for a "mild" wing sauce (I like my wings), not one came close, or even got the honor of a second use. 1 got a reprieve from the trash bin and serves now as an occasional additive to ranch dressing for a spicy ranch dip. Never for wings again.This Frank's Mild is a gem, like the traditional Frank's Hot Sauce and butter/herbs concoctions from all over NYC. This takes it right there. Add some butter and herbs to this if you want to smooth it our even more.
