Fox 2.0 Performance Series Shocks Set for 2014-2022 Ram 2500 4WD

The Billstien shocks were removed and even my wife noticed a real difference of the smoother more confident ride of our Ram 2500. The ease of installation was only upset by the mounting bracket needing to be widened 0.060 inches. A crescent wrench was imployed.There was a mishap to the shipper. One of two boxes made it. The other was shipped back to the supplier. I did not hold against the supplier. I would think that the shipping boxes could have been strapped or taped together to minimize this, but that is not for me to change policy.

Not good at all one shock blown out before install after install another blew out with in a week seller wanted to replace instead of refund Amazon interviened still no refund seller won’t contact back.

I have tried other brands but always come back to Fox. I’ve got a Ram 2500 Mega Cab Diesel with 150k miles and the ride with Fox shocks is awesome. I just swapped out all 4 after having the rear shock fail. The first set of Fox shocks were put on when I bought the truck 9 years ago. I really cannot complain about 1 failed shock after getting 150k miles out of em. The truck gets used for heavy hauling and isn’t a parking lot princess. No complaints here. Looking forward to another 150K miles with my new shocks.

One of the shocks arrived damaged due to a manufacturing problem. When I contacted Fox they indicated they do not warranty Amazon purchases. I'm now stuck with a bad shock and unable to get a replacement or refund.

A great set of shocks. A little expensive, but I think worth the money. I would buy again.

1 out of the 4 shocks were defective. completely shot. No refund was issued. Sent shock in for refund and missed the return window and was notified they would just be discarding the shock and issuing no refund or replacement. Would never buy from this seller again. Horrible business practices.
