Love this "warehouse find wish they had then ask the time this is the third one I've gotten and it does a good job of getting rid of mild oders while making the air clean

Bought 2 of the alen Piralda’s 9 years ago when my 13 year old son was diagnosed with cancer and was susceptible to disease and dust due to chemo treatments.These machines work great but at the time filters were very expensive to replace.Found these filters to be affordable and ordered 2 with subscribe and save every 6 months.Thankful to have these as they helped in his recovery that his air was clean.He is now 22 years old and cancer free.

this review is for both the product but moreso for Alen's customer support. i had emailed Alen CS after the filter I ordered failed to appear within a week. to my surprise not only did i receive an immediate response, but shortly thereafter a shipping investigator appeared, tracked down the missing product and allowed me to pick it up at their facility. I was even given a reimbursement for the second filter ordered. the filter has worked perfectly and now have a spare to replace it in a few months time. I will be ordering from them again.thanks to Janellyn at Alen's customer care team

Thanks for making the genuine Alen filters available on Amazon! Was looking for a while to find replacement filters for our older Alen purifier- and was glad to be able to find one that works!

I purchased this machine years ago and it still works to clean the air. I have many times considered chucking it and replacing it with something more economical. The filters are way too expensive for the size of the unit, and there is no prefilter so they don’t even last as long as they should. If left on 24/7 the light goes on in 4 mos. I usually vacuum the filter (which they say not to do) Way before that. The Machine was supposed to be “green” But every four months when I am using the machine, I throw away a large piece of plastic. It was supposed to have a UV light which never worked and I was told at the time Oh well we should not have put UV in our machines. So if you have a paralda you have no choice But to buy these expensive filers. I think I just talked myself into this Being the last one. Oh, and never Alen again.
