This is good stuff! I have seen a different in my weight since I started it. I put it in anything I cook. It’s super tiny seeds so don’t even notice it. I put on my toast, salad anything. Lots of health benefits!

I'm new to the chia seed game only trying one other brand. I'd buy this again! The flavor is mild and slightly nutty. I like chia water the best but have sprinkled it dry on food. For chia water I wait 10 to 15 minutes before drinking. Something to consider, my container doesn't say organic on it. Another thing for those new to chia seeds, they can stick to your cups and dishes if you dont eat or drink all of them.

Great Organic Chia Seeds - Perfect for Chia Water
The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using these organic chia seeds for a while now, and they’re fantastic! They expand really well in water, which makes them perfect for chia seed water. I prepare mine at night, letting the seeds soak overnight, and by morning they’re fully expanded and ready to drink and they don’t taste like anything. This helps prevent them from getting stuck since they absorb liquids so well. If you’re making chia water, I definitely recommend letting them sit overnight. These seeds are high-quality, organic, and work exactly as they should for their price!
