There exists two classes of chili oil. One, the one you see most in stores, is oily and in my opinion gross. The other is much spicier and magnificent. This is the latter - the 'good kind'.Easy way to tell - look at ingredients. The good ones never use soybean oil, the bad ones do. The good ones only have three or four ingredients - just chili, garlic, (sometimes onion), and oil. Adding more, especially sugar, is another sign to stay away.So yeah, if you like your spicy oil for noodles and stirfry and such, this is the one to buy.
