Generic / no-name NVME -- recommend replacing it with a name-brand NVME
Was an excellent performer for the first year of service. No complains. Dell makes good stuff.This came with a KingFast NVMe drive -- something I wouldn't expect to see in a Dell product,so I'm assuming that was replaced as part of the refurbishment.Unfortunately, after about a year of service, the KingFast NVMe failed.So, if you're purchasing this model, I recommend picking up your own NVMe drive for use with this device,and keeping the KingFast for use as a scratch drive.

Not what it says
Be aware these units DO NOT have NVME drives in them contrary to the listing and info sticker (pic 1). They are M.2 form factor but are SATA drives (pic 2). You will see a huge performance hit compared to NVME. To get the required performance that I thought I was already paying for, I had to replace the drives in all the units I purchased. This also required the purchase of new Win10 Pro licenses as the digital license that comes with the machines will not transfer after installing a new system drive. The 16BG of RAM will be on a single SoDIMM rather than 2x 8GB which will also cause a performance hit as only one memory channel is used. This is not anything the seller is doing wrong as Dell does this at the factory to save cost. Just something to be aware of. What is an issue, however, is that you will not receive the original spec power supplies. They will be random units with adapters, or as was my case, two of them had no adapter at all. They were Lenovo power supplies that didn't match the unit (pic 3). I had to purchase the correct ones (pic 4) separately. I was able to make these units work in the long run, but I won't use this seller again.
