Dose the new mecool km2 come with a web browser ...none of the rest do!!! ?

The Downloader app, which you can get via the Google Play store, has a browser feature. Otherwise you will have to side load one using the Downloader app. Check YouTube for videos explaining what’s available and how to side load them.
