What's the difference with this one and the Altura Photo Full i-TTL Flash? I'm debating on either this one or the other one.

TTL flash communicates with the camera and meters and sets itself to the optimum exposure while this one is a manual flash you set it and if you want it higher or dimmer you reset it manually

Does this work for Sony A-6000

It works perfectly with my Sony a6000. It fits well, has no issues flashing and doesn't need any cables or accessories to work. It also triggers from the pop up flash for wireless use. By far the best $35 I've ever spent on a piece of camera equipment.

Has anyone used it on a Nikon D3200

I shoot this light almost daily on a 3300--basically same camera so I think it would be fine--this is a great flash for the price. Fs
