Q: Can you use hard tip darts?

This game is designed for use with 3/4" maximum length soft-tip darts only! Never use metal tipped darts or longer soft-tip darts on this dartboard! Metal tipped darts will seriously damage the circuitry, the computer, and electronic operation of the dartboard.

Q: Which tips work on this? Ones i bought from you didnt work.

This is a terrible product, no tips work. We tried to use it a few times and the tips just fall out. It went in the trash and I am looking for a new one. Total waste of money!!!

Q: Is there a way to mute the volume?

Yes, it goes to max volume of 7 then when you press the button again it doesn't say anything. That means it's muted. If you press it again it goes back to 1. Odd I know but that's how it works.
