High quality replacement
High quality replacement from what I can tell. Got it installed in about 30 minutes. Referenced how to video on repairclinic.com which was very helpful. Washer runs good with new transmission, no issues after a few weeks of heavy use.

It took me half an hour to replace. Exact fit. Runs like a new one. Hoping it goes for the distance.

Back to normal
Just installed the new transmission and everything works great. I had to take some parts off the old one. Most repairmen will tell you its not worth it to replace. For $200.00 it's a lot cheaper than buying a new washer. I am not a repairman, but was able to repair our machine by watching several videos on You tube. I'm no mechanic either. We're happy to have our machine working again. I will continue to repair my 25 year old machine until they no longer make parts for it.

Got me back up and running!
I like my washing machine. It's older, so it doesn't have any of those stupid water-saving features that everybody complains about with the new washers. I was going to replace mine, but then I read the reviews of all the newer models and saw how unhappy people were with theirs. So I decided to simply repair mine; it cost less, and I have a proven machine that I like and will probably last me another 20 years now that this part has been replaced.Replacing this transmission was actually really easy and straightforward. I found a video online which walked me through it. I did the transmission, clutch, and agitator dogs at the same time, and I'm glad I did. I'm much happier than I would have been with a newer style of washer, and I spent less money, too.

Failed within one year
I bought this transmission in October 2023. It worked fine until yesterday when it failed. It lasted only 11 months. My repair guy said in all the years he has been repairing washing machines, he had never seen a transmission fail so quickly. They usually last decades. Fortunately, the piece was under warranty. Unfortunately, I have to pay the labor charges again.

Washer is working again
My 20 plus year old Estate washer was making a dreadful grinding sound whenever it would spin. Replaced the transmission and the washer is working without the grinding sound. Replacing the transmission was easier than it sounds. I watched a few YouTube videos first then I did the transmission replacement.
