Good USB-C to HDMI adapter, but of course make sure you're using the correct USC-C port. Some USB-C ports don't support video out (see the product page for this adapter for more info if you need it), and I imagine that everyone's run into that a few times. When plugged in correctly and used with a good HDMI cable, this delivers excellent high-def video to an external display (which for instance one might want to do for a meeting). The adapter is well made, plugs in firmly, and has enough flexibility to avoid putting too much strain on the USB slot. For the price, this is an excellent little gizmo.

This connection worked from computer to TV and the screen rendering on the TV was clear.

Connect monitor though USB C port. It works, no fluff packing. Was able to use a monitor I already own to get my home office back the way I was used to after a job change. Had to switch from a regular PC to a laptop. Works well with a regular HDMI cable. Other options are available for the HDMI- D cable. All in all, a good price and easy to install. I use my laptop screen, and two external monitors. If you already have monitors that are usable, don’t reinvent the wheel. Use this doo flicky!

I bought this connector to go with a heavy duty 10' HDMI cord to connect my IPAD to my smart TV to play downloaded movies from Prime and Netflix. The IPAD seems to be the best device to download to for off-line replaying. This adapter is indestructible and the setup works fantastic.

Works great. Fast. Solid connection. Exactly what I needed.

Works well for playing videos from my phone to a screen. Does not carry audio, which I didn't realize ahead of time, so you will need an alternate audio solution like bluetooth speakers or similar.
