Nice red dot pistol optic
This is my first Cryelee red dot and so far I'm happy with it. The 'shake awake' feature works great, as does the on/off features. The brightness adjustments are good enough for my needs. The body of the sight seems to be well made, the button covers seem to seal nicely and the tactile 'click' of the brightness buttons feels good. It was easy to zero and seems to be holding quite well though I haven't put many rounds down range using it yet. I had to use screws that come with the slide I'm using as the optic didn't include a length that worked for me but the optic does come with several sets. So far I'm satisfied, especially at this price point. I have another optic that I really love and this Cryelee seems to be just about as well made compared to it. Time will tell but I see no reason for this sight not to last a long time. My only issue was with the zeroing adjustments, I can feel the MOA clicks when adjusting left to right but nothing for elevation so that made things a bit of a guessing game when zeroing the sight.I have an astigmatism so without my glasses the dot is a bit blurry but with my glasses it's nice and crisp, the dot is also crisp when it is when viewed through my phone's camera so the blurriness is due to my astigmatism, not any fault of the optic.I'll update if there are any issues though I don't expect there to be any. So far I'm quite satisfied with this optic.

Great product
Product is sleek fit is excellent easy to install and site in. Glass very clear red dot easy to acquire. I use on my everyday carry pistol the shake awake function is great product holds site in adjustments very well every time I train the Cyelee Red Dot is dead on accurate. I own 2 and plan to pick up another one soon. Highly recommended very pleased with your product. I've tried several red dots Cyelee Red Dot is one of the best I've used. Very good price point for the quality.

Very good pistol sight for the money.
For the price, this is a really solid optic. I shot 250 rounds at the range out of my PSA dagger, and it held zero very well. Any type of abuse was negligible, the shake to wake is very good, and it's plenty bright. In my opinion I would say it's a very good buy.

great little optic
This is a great budget (under $100) optic. After 100 rounds it hasn't lost zero. The dials are tactile which I appreciate. It is a wide picture which is very nice. Good thick glass and robust frame that doesn't get in the way. The dot doesn't distort at the edges which is a big bonus. Battery try on the side instead of the bottom is wonderful so you can replace the battery without dismounting the optic and then having to rezero it. the only reason it gets 4 stars is because it doesn't turn on automatically. I really wish it was shake awake. The company does make a shake awake optic (the Calf) but it is out of stock. Overall a great little pistol optic. I wouldn't put it on an AR because it's not quite tall enough in the sight picture for me.

Installed In About 5 Minutes....Waiting To Get It Sighted
I ordered this for my Walther PDP Compact. I had another optic that died before I ever got to use it, so I went with this one as I am not sure if a MRD is for me or not and I didn't need a $$$ unit to help me decide. For my particular gun, you must order the optics plate from the manufacturer (Walther gives you one for free, the next one costs you) and I had an optic that used the Docter/Noblex platform, so that is what I went with. I received my original MRD as a gift, but by the time the optic plate arrived, the first MRD had died so I had to return it to the store and I started looking here for one with the same footprint. The CYELEE brand had a mixed bag of reviews, but of the positive ones that I saw on Youtube, they helped me decide on this model. I ordered it and it was here within 16 hours (thank you Amazon). After unpacking it, you have to remove the Weaver/Picatinny mount from the MRD, which on this unit seemed to be a chore. I removed the 2 screws that I knew were holding them together, but it seemed stuck together. After much prying and tugging, it just sort of pulled apart, and I can't help but think that this is a good thing.I dropped it into place on the slide of my Walther PDP and it fit very snugly. I initially didn't use any type of thread lock on the screws, but I will once I have decided to keep it or go with the iron sights.I like the fact that the battery is located on the top of the unit, that means it will be easy to change when the time comes to do so. Manufacturers of units with the battery underneath should take notes on this. I LOVE the fact that the brightness of the red dot itself can be adjusted, that will be an awesome feature when shooting outside under the bright TX sun. I also LOVE that CYELEE has a 3 year warranty. An added bonus in the box is an extra battery and a lens cleaning cloth.

Purchased 2
One of them works well, the other one I have mounted does not appear to be adjusting correctly and moves around when shooting. I am past my window to return the bad sight. I would leave a three star of view, but I would like people to know some of them fail out of the box. I am 1/2 with this product.

Very good at price!
Have nothing but good things to say about unit. Sturdy and built well. Very bright with an adjustable dot size. It does take some practice to be proficient as with any new sight. Used with low mount laser it can be a great team. Mounting is still the weakest link, even with a good quality plate. Machining never really tight enough tolerances to not develop a slight wiggle,,very slight. Galloway plate. Watch screw length and use Loctite. Professional gunsmiths are very adept at mounting this style, if you are not comfortable attempting to install.

'at'll do pig
2 year review here:This thing just outlasted my holosun 507C-X2. Every company is going to produce lemons, and big name brands are no exception..but it is still impressive that this $105.00 optic outlasted a $400.00 optic. Holosun lost zero & reticle has started drifting while the trusty Cylee dot is holding strong. If you are on a budget don't hesitate to consider this brand. These things are the real deal. No special bells and whistles, but they do run.
