Soft door closer
Product good quality and to my satisfaction, something which I was unable to procure from market even though searched for it. Got a good quality product sitting at home without any hassles and at a competitive price

Defective and worst quality product.
Worst product. Never buy this lift. I bought two nos. and both are defective and the lift is not working upon installation. Both are useless now. It is written on the packet cover that it is imported. But, it is fake. Also, there is no warranty or guarantee for replacement. Beware.

1st time Good, 2nd time Bad
Works as expected. Soft close hydraulic, however soft closing pressure is not adjustable.I am attaching snap (soft closing assembly marked) of Soft Closer hydraulic, as the current product image seems with out soft closing mechanism. Be aware while purchasing to check if product is really a soft close or just a hydraulic only.Because of my above review (in year 2020) I ordered again the same product, surprisingly this time it is not aoft close, and I recieved exactly the same as shown in image. So this time (in year OCT-2022) my rating is 3 star only.
