I have several of these and have bought several for friends and family. Great knife for the money, sharp and durable. Smooth action and opening.

This is, to me, the perfect medium-sized EDC knife. The flip-open action is smooth and the detent is designed perfectly. Very little pressure in the "light-switch" direction is required to open the knife. The D2 blade came very sharp and as we all know holds an edge very well, so as long as you're not using this knife in a heavy nautical environment you should love the steel.The G10 scales feel great in the hand and cut down on weight, they also are pretty grippy, grippier than I'd originally thought they would be. The pocket clip is solid and sits very low, but is easy enough to remove. All in all I can't recommend the knife enough, and I wish I'd had bought it ages ago. Also, for orange lovers like me, the knife in orange is very handsome and darker than the photos make out, more autumn orange than bright neon.

This knife is so worth it for the money. It’s built perfectly and feels great and isn’t awkward when holding it. It’s a great size and you don’t notice it when it’s in your pocket. The flip out action is so smooth and doesn’t require much force to use. The blade is sturdy and cuts so well when I sharpened it. I can tell this knife is gonna last me a lifetime if taken care of properly. A must buy.

I bought this knife back in Jan. Its been a wonderful knife. I carry and use it daily. Everything has held up great. The pivot pin screw somehow came loose, fell off and got lost. I contacted Civivi but never got a response on how to get a replacement. I'm sure there is something on here I could find to fix the issue. I would still recommend this knife to any of my friends and family. The D2 steel blade holds up great and has very good edge retention.

This is a very high quality knife. It has an excellent design, smooth action, and very sharp.

Love these knives. I have several in different colors. Bought additional for all 4 son in laws. This knife is now my everyday carry knife. The size is perfect for dress pants or jeans.

I wanted a pocket knife (okay, an EDC knife) for general use. I was looking at small, light, flipper knives, in the price point of the CIVIVI Elementum. My runner up was the Kershaw Leek. These both have high ratings on Amazon and elsewhere. I recently received the Elementum and I'm happy with my choice. It is small (3" blade), light, has good action, and arrived sharp. I chose the G-10 handle mostly because I decided to go for a bright color -- it's easier to find when I drop it outside or lose it on my bench.

I purchased this for a family member for his birthday. Orange wouldn't be my first choice but I asked him to tell me his favorite color. He loved it! He opened it in front of me and when I inspected it I was surprised at how smooth the flipper was to operate. I also liked the fact that it had a case and cleaning cloth - nice touch! The orange G2 looked great as well and provided a good surface grip. This is his first nicer EDC knife and he carries it everyday. He was kind enough to return the favor and gift me one a couple months later. Mine is blue with a satin blade. These knives received a lot of praise when they were released and I get the hype! For around $50 you will be hard-pressed to find a better option for EDC and simple cutting tasks. I've carried mine for a few days and it's razor sharp out of the box. Civivi has so many different options for not only various knife models but colors and steel, etc. I am very impressed and would highly recommend these for anyone (adults). This may be my first Civivi knife but certainly won't be my last.
