Easy to apply with a floor roller and extended pole and sealed perfectly. Applied a top coat of paint and now have a great floor.

I like this paint but... It says oil based and 200sqm coverage, I presumed it would be white spirit to clean up, it was water suggesting actually it is water based, not what I wanted. Also I couldn't cover 50sqm with 2 coats so more like 70/80sqm coverage

Spent 1.5 days prepping the the dry floor by hand. Even hoovered it no dust and been down 12 months in a new empty house. The problem is it doesn’t have enough grip on the concrete under the top coat so with any load or wet tires on finished floor it all pulls up. 12 weeks old and the floor is a mess already.

Used for a workshop floor. So far so good. Easy to use and was dry enough to walk on in 24hours. Looks good.

I wanted to seal structural chipboard flooring before painting. This did the job. It is water based so NOT what it says in the description, but that was ok with me. I covered 2 coats (more like three as it was thickly applied) Great product and I thought very good value for money.

Relaid a 300 square metre patio. Used the sealer before painting. Very easy to apply with brush or roller . Used 3 coats on exposed concrete and 2 on the other half, and there is still sealer left in the can. Excellent
