Product Care Instructions | Air plants really need lots of light, excellent airflow, and light watering. Keep them in a sunny south facing window where they will receive at least 8 hours of sunlight a day. When weather permits open the window for airflow. Watering will depend on temperature and humidity in your home or patio. An easy method is to soak for 4-8 hours once every 1-2 weeks. Or if they look dry supplement by thoroughly wetting the air plants under a faucet. Air plants do not need soil and can be staged in appropriate sized pots or glass plant terrariums or just left loose. |

All alive and well 3 weeks in
Update: over 2 months in and I've only lost one plant. These are my first air plants so I can't say that it wasn't something I did or didn't do. I would still buy these again if I'd ever want more. Each is a unique plant, no duplicates. I'm over 3 weeks in, caring for these and all is well. If you are looking to buy these, I'd say that this is a good choice. In the winter our house is very dry, humidity-wise, so I've been soaking them for an hour once or twice a week, depending on how dry they get to looking. My one picture is of them soaking right now.

Nice assortment, all thriving and happy after 2 months
The plants are doing great after 2 months in my house. I love them! I got a nice variety of about 10 plants. I think only 2 of them are repeats of the same species, but in different sizes. All are unique-looking.I followed the instructions when they arrived, which say to soak in water for 2 hours and drain well. The instructions also recommend to repeat the 2 hour bath once a week, but I haven't kept up with that. Every other day I either mist my plants until they are very damp, or just run them under the tap briefly and allow them to air dry. On very dry days I mist them twice; once in the morning and once in the evening. All of them live close to a window and get indirect sunlight. They seem to thrive best in the bathroom, and require less misting in there as well. I rotate my plants often so each of them get to spend at least a week in the bathroom at a time.

Worth it! UPDATE INCLUDED
I was worried about the negative reviews, and was very happy that my experience was positive. I accidentally forgot which day my package was arriving, and left the package in a summer baked mailbox for two days before I opened it. I followed directions to re-hydrate the plants, and they are happy as heck! Glad to order these again, and will be getting some for my friends and family soon. 10/10 would recommend. - It's been about 2+ months since receiving these and I only just has my first little guy dry out. I went about three weeks before realizing that I hadn't watered them in a while. I dropped my guys in a bowl of water for about 6 hours (I've done up to 3 before, and honestly forgot they were in the bowl overnight). Only one fell apart after the watering and was too dry to recover. I'm still planning on buying some more soon. I've been really happy with them so far.

Great Airplants. I used for my wedding.
The airplants arrived in beautiful condition, many of them in bloom. I ordered a couple months early thinking I'd want to see them before the big day and also have one thing off my list. However, if I could do it again I would just order a week or two in advance. 1. Because many came in bloom and then the bloom looked dead or was gone by the wedding (plant still looked good) and 2. I wouldn't have had to worry about caring for them for those two months before my wedding! We used these for table centerpieces and also the boutonnieres. And because I wanted more in bloom I ended up buying a few more just a week before so I would have some in bloom. They didn't ensure this would be the case, but my past experience proved right, and many more came in bloom.

Big, good variety
They are beautiful, much bigger than I expected. However, I'm not sure they are going to last. The five air plants I've had for over a year died within 2 days after receiving these new ones (maybe I shouldn't have out then in the same space?). Three of these new ones have already died and two more are browning. No bugs, but I have no idea what is killing them. Like I mentioned, I've had airplants that lasted, but I'm worried about these. Time will tell? They are beautiful though, big, with great variety.

Love this set! Glad there were a lot of them
So, I think I had one die (or come close to dying) in the package, and I wasn't able to revive it. The rest were fine though! I am a new air-plant owner, so this was a little trial and error for me - I was glad there were so many in the package to experiment with. So far, I have had two die on me from over watering. They don't all require the same amount of water. There is one that requires water about twice a week. One of them requires water every other week, and the rest that are larger and more 'hardy' feeling, require water once a week. Just a little trial and error. Overall though, I was extremely happy with my purchase! Especially considering that they came in the middle of winter and had to be cold in transit!

Non-planted plants?
I use these plants for decoration in my backyard. They are super easy to take care of and look cool! When you first open the bok they come with directions on hop to care for them and hep them get started after shipping. I dumped mine in a bowl of water for a few hours and then stuck them in their jars. Since then I havent really touched them. They seem to care for themselves so far with little to no maintenance! The paper suggests misting them or soaking them in water occasionally and while you can do that, if you live in a fairly humid climate you shouldnt have to. Any of the plants they send you are all cool looking and each have their own character so have no worries about getting ugly ones! They don't have any!Overall easy to care for and cool looking!
