Bought a yard sale, old computer. That the connector was damaged. This purchase had a replacement connector and it is now working, but not in Microsoft. Instead, Ubuntu Linux. And the computer is again useful as a teaching resource for kids camping at my home during quarantine. Their moms are nurses at local hospital, and at my home, they can quarantine and do some useful learning. They might find a career in electronics as well. One kid said the computer was old and slow ... not under linux. surprise kid. He is learning that there is more than one way to do things and successfully getting things done, like his school homework sent via internet to his school teacher.
