Will these replace the Alexa echo game buttons that we use to play trivial pursuit?

Not sure how you used the Echo game buttons, but Flic buttons can replace any voice command you have with Alexa.

If I purchase a second hub can it be used to expand range or are they isolated where a button only works on one or the other?

You can connect one button to several different hubs. Turn off the first hub and connect it to the second and set up the actions again. Turn on the first hub again, now the button will connect to the first one it finds every time it being pushed!

What is the diameter of each sticker and does it leave adhesive residue when removed?

The diameter is 22.5 mm and it does not leave a tangible residue after removal. Since Flic is splashproof, you can rub the surface carefully with a wet cloth once, you do not want to use the sticker any longer.
