Not a particularly great bike
I ordered this product as I have had an ‘Ammoco’ bike before, and was pleased with it.I was however less pleased when this arrived, and saw that £329 I had spent, had obviously not been as good value as my previous bike… The tyres are soft and cheap, and because of this can’t be inflated to a suitable hardness…so when I ride the bike on these tyres pm they bulg… The pedals for the bike are cheap, the metal being a lot thinner than those on my previous bike, and the size of the pedals actually smaller…!!The rear derailleur is good, a schimano ‘Altus’, but the front derailleur is cheaper, a Shimano ‘Tourney’, and the front derailleur, apart from being a fixed ti the bike frame, has not been dialled in for the 3 speed drive chain, and hence, until I fix it myself, it will only catch the low and high gear sprockets of the chain drive, and clonks excessively on both… The saddle supplied with the bike is about as cheap and nasty as they come, and was without doubt made for a person who was either into sadism, or training to be an Alto Opera singer, and trying to self-castrate…The handlebar set is fine, and the brakes work, although trying to adjust the handlebar headset to the maximum angle (for height), was near impossible without disassembly of the bracket… The wheels and spokes of the wheel are not as robust (cheaper and thinner) than my previous bike, and I also noticed that the valve on the inner tube of the tyre was, from experience, very cheap, meaning the inner tube is pretty cheap (out of sight out of mind!), and it was difficult for my tyre inflation valve on my compressor handset to grip this cheap valve to inflate the tyres…In order to get this bike up to my personal roadworthy standards I shall have to replace the tyres and inner tubes, the saddle, the handlebar head set, spend time to dial-in the Shimano ‘Tourney’ front derailleur, supply and use lube, as the bike does not appear to be lubed-up at all…add to this the costs of supplying and fitting a water bottle and holder (not supplied as standard), replacing the bell, the one fitted is of no use whatsoever, and supplying and fitting a set of mud guards… all in all that’ll cost me another £100 at least… my previous bike, which cost me £245 in 1996 was streets ahead of this new purchase… I can’t help but feel that we are being royaly ripped off by the current prices of new bikes… my recommendation now is look out for a really good second hand bike, and be happy to pay up to £100/£150 for it, as you will probably get a much better deal, a better made bike, and better made parts…I certainly would not buy this bike again…in fact, if I knew before I assembled it, how poor it was, I would probably have sent it back… This is not a reflection on the supplier…but a reasonable review by an experienced bike user of some 50+ years, of the manufacture of this bike…

Good bike and service
Very Good bike but l didn't put pedals on correctly so had a problem but they were quick to answer emails and sorted out sending me new parts, charging me a lot less than quoted at local bike shop for the parts to fix
