Great customer service
My parent device stopped working out of nowhere and thanks to customer support I have a new one on the way they answered in a timely manner and was very helpful.

Great customer service
I've purchased this monitor twice and have loved it both times. The second one I purchased started to have an issue after I had it for almost a year and I contacted customer support. They were incredibly helpful and I was able to get the problem solved.

Good customer service.
I have 3 cameras with the baby sense monitor.Pros:1. I like the split screen, so I'm able to see if both kids rooms.2. It has good range. I can walk down the street a little bit away from my house before the signal drops.3. I like being able to speak through the camera. Super handy.4. I like that I can tell the temperature in each room. I have toddlers and it being too cold or too hot can be the culprit as to why they're waking in the middle of the night. But not knowing the temperature in the room, I'd never know that. So, being able to tell how hot or cold it is, is a major feature I didn't realize I'd love and need so much. Now, I can easily go adjust the thermostat.5. I like the white noise. It puts my youngest to sleep.6. Customer Service is good.-First, I wasn't able to talk through the camera every time. Sometimes it would work and sometimes it wouldn't. In less than a month, my cameras would over rotate. There was a significant delay (like 5 seconds) before the camera would actually move from when I pressed the left, right, up or down button. And even when it did move, it over rotated and kept going past what I was actually trying to view. Super annoying. And the cameras were moving loudly. When I contacted Babysense via email, they responded promptly and sent me a new monitor and cameras before I even sent my defective ones back. I could've been lying and trying to get a double product, but they took me at my word and supplied me with a proper working product, and I, of course, sent back the defective one.-Second, the adapter stopped charging my monitor after about 8 months. I called the customer service number I googled and got a person on the phone right away. He was easy to work with, friendly, had me do a couple things to make sure the adapter was in fact the problem, and sent me out a new adapter the same day. It was easy. That was just today, so I should be getting my new adapter in about 4-5 days-ish.Cons:1. Most of the time I like how whatever room noise is coming from, the camera switches to that room. I wish there was a way to hold the display to the room I want. Sometimes there may be a lot going on downstairs- people talking, dishwasher going, tv on, etc. and the display will keep going to that room, but I'd like it to stay on in my kids room.2. The picture isn't the best quality, but I knew that when I bought it. I was willing to sacrifice a little picture quality for the split screen. I will admit though, now that time has passed, I don't use the split screen as much as I used to and I kinda wish I had the HD set. Oh well. Having the monitor is still a game changer for me and my household. I'm still pleased.3. The music is absolutely HORRIBLE. I don't know WHO listened to the final product of the music and decided, YES, this is it! It's ready to go! The music is lullabies, so I think it's safe to assume it's supposed to help baby go to sleep. Listen, NOBODY is falling asleep to that music. It sounds like a banging, clanging toy piano that is out of tune or the batteries are dying. It's sounds extremely digital and not soothing AT ALL. I use it to mellow my kids out or help quiet them down a bit- just give them some noise in their room when they're ready to get up and they're gettin a little rowdy, but I'm not ready to get them yet. But NEVER to sleep to. Shame on whoever put their stamp of approval on that smh. However, if the music were actually soothing and pleasant to the ear, you know just much better quality, I'd give this 5 stars. That's an important feature to me that I really looked forward to using, but can't.4. I don't really like the way the cameras turn. They more-so swivel in a circle, rather than go left, right, up and down. So, I'll end up looking at many parts of the room size ways.5. Since the picture quality isn't the greatest, (it's not bad, just not great), the zoom feature is kinda useless, cuz it's hard to make out what you're trying to get a better/closer glimpse of.6. The kickstand to the monitor sucks. The monitor falls over kinda easy. The kickstand doesn't make the monitor super sturdy; it's lightweight and it's off to the side on the back, not centered, so the balance isn't so great.

Worst Product I’ve EVER Experienced!
I truly don’t understand the rave reviews here. I’ve had nothing with issues with this monitor since day 1! I’m SO frustrated with this monitor, that I’m literally sitting up typing this at 2am just to tell you how bad it is!I bought this monitor in January of 2022 when I was expecting my second baby, I wanted to be able to have a monitor on both of my kids and the reviews suckered me into purchasing this one. It’s fine to start with, I’ll even say pretty great, then 3 months into using it, the monitor just stops charging…WHILE PLUGGED IN! Of course this happens in the middle of the night and it dies causing me to not be able to see either of my kids. I call customer service the next day, they were pretty helpful. They had me do a few things to troubleshoot, confirmed it was indeed defective and said they’d send me a new one. It took the new one a couple of days to arrive so I’m out a monitor for that time frame. The new one comes, great it works! Does everything it’s supposed to! Then ONE MONTH from when the NEW one arrives, same thing. Stops charging while plugged in? What? Again??? What’s even happening here?? The next day I call customer service again, same troubleshooting tips, yup it’s defective, I wait 3 days again for a new replacement monitor. Ok third time’s a charm anyway right?Cut to 1 week ago, camera number 2 just up and decides to quit pairing. I try and pair it back to no avail. My husband tries, no dice. It simply will no longer connect. That’s the camera that’s on my now 5 month old so I switch it out with my toddler’s (sorry toddler you’re now on your own, I hope no one breaks in or you don’t have any trouble in your sleep because I can no longer monitor you). Now 1 week after THAT, cut to this very night at 2am in the morning, the other camera just decides to up and quit pairing. Again, in the middle of the night! It’s honestly comical at this point, so much so that as an already sleep deprived mom of two littles, I’m sacrificing sleep just to get the word out how horrifically terrible this monitor is. An absolute joke!

Doesn’t last
I’ve had to purchase an additional parent unit, two batteries, and a cord in the space of 2 years. Save yourself the trouble and don’t buy this unit.I will say they have good customer service and replaced the parent unit for free when trouble shooting didn’t work. It’s just more of a hassle.
