Bad product
The media could not be loaded. I bought this product a month ago. I received without a depilatory paper. They delivered for me after weeks. When I try to use it. The wax didn’t work. It was disaster

Honestly this is super easy to use very helpful for anyone even if you don’t know what you’re doing. I tried it on my underarms and it snatched everything:)

Long heating time
Long heating time hard to use . Would not purchase again

Takes a little practice but works great
It doesn't get hot enough to apply the wax directly to your skin - you have to roll it onto the cloth strip and apply it that way. It took me a while to figure this out, but once I did I had no problem, and it was great!
